In Microsoft Outlook, trying to create a task and you get error message “The Tasks Folder cannot be found”

Additional Information:

Two email folders using 2 separate files: 1 for personal and the other for work emails.

Created a shortcut to create a task from email attachments in the personal folder.

Next attempted to create a task from the content of the email in the business folder, I got this terminal message:

The personal folder is the original state. Business folder in a separate file was later created to handle file limit (2GB) issues.

Error: The Tasks folder cannot be found.

No solution found on the internet.

Recommended work-around is to drag the email to the task folder.

What a drag that is.
